Lending a hand, a few guitars and some drums to help the fight against cancer, MP3.com, Inc., home to one of the world’s largest collections of streaming and downloadable music, has assembled members of its musically inclined staff to present the “Cancel Cancer Jam.” Five diverse bands, each featuring employees of the San Diego-based company, are schedule to take the stage at Blind Melons beginning at 7:00 PM (PT) on May 9 with proceeds benefiting the San Diego Professionals Against Cancer organization.
Tickets for the “Cancer Cancel Jam” are available at the door on the day of the event for a minimum $5.00 donation. Attendees to Blind Melons must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Additional information about the artists can be found by visiting www.mp3.com.
