Gerard Way has posted the music video to one of his new songs, “No Shows.” The song comes from his upcoming solo album, Hesitant Alien. The record is set for release at the end of September with Warner Bros. Records.
Way is turning away from the intense musical style that comprised My Chemical Romance, his previous band. With his solo career, Way is pursuing a seemingly more light-hearted kind of rock. It’s a change for Way and his fans, but one we can definitely stand behind because Way proves he is no stranger to playing with different genres of music.
