FROM ZERO Land 40 Dates On The Road With Godsmack, Deftones And Puddle Of Mudd!

Arista recording group, FROM ZERO, accelerates on the fast track with 40 dates on the road with Godsmack, Deftones and Puddle of Mudd. The summer tour season has kicked-in full force and From Zero will be out smacking you around till your deaf and lying face down in a puddle of mud!

Hailing from Chicago indie cult status to landing a major label deal with Arista Records, From Zero finds itself as the first rock band being released from Arista Records under the helm of Antonio “L.A.” Reid. From Zero’s major label release ONE NATION UNDER which was produced in Los Angeles by David Bianco, known for his work with Buckcherry, Black Crowes, and Afghan Whigs has been taking the rock scene by storm.

Formed in Chicago in late-1998, From Zero wasted no time putting out their first indie release in early-’99, which sold more than 6,000 copies in Chicago alone and caught the attention of major labels on both coasts. Comprised of Jett on vocals, Joe Pettinato and Pete Capizzi on guitars, Rob Ruccia on bass, and Kid on drums, From Zero caused a commotion at the CMJ Convention last fall, just a few months after signing with Arista, when they opened for Disturbed and won over a showcase crowd.

Since completing their album, From Zero has been slugging it out on dates with the likes of Mudvayne, Nickleback, Amen, and Slaves On Dope. “(From Zero) is nothing but bile and bite,” Metal Edge summed up, “grabbing you by the back of the neck and screaming in your face with chunky guitars and vocals with skull-crushing intensity. From Zero fearlessly provide a refreshing sound that oozes into your conscience and delivers with conviction.”
