Crazy Town, Incubus Round Out ESPN Awards Lineup

California funk-rockers Crazy Town and Incubus have been added to an already impressive lineup of rock and rap live acts set to play next month’s inaugural ESPN Action Sports & Music Awards. Incubus and Crazy Town are the final two acts confirmed to play the show, according to a statement from the sports channel. Previously announced performers at the ceremony, scheduled for April 7 at the Universal Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, include Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals, De la Soul with Busta Rhymes, and revered metal titans Black Sabbath, who will close out the program.

Rob Zombie, Cypress Hill’s B-Real, Mos Def rock project Jack Johnson and members of Pennywise have been tapped to serve as presenters for the first ESPN Action Sports & Music Awards, which will honor athletes and artists in 18 different sports and music categories, ranging from Male and Female Snowboarder of the Year to Motocross Musical Artist of the Year.

Comedian Tom Green and the “Josie and the Pussycats” trio of Rachael Leigh Cook, Tara Reid and Rosario Dawson will also help hand out awards at the event, which rapper/actor L.L. Cool J will co-host with Rebecca Romijn-Stamos and Chris Klein.

The 2001 ESPN Action Sports & Music Awards will air on the sports channel at 9 p.m. ET on April 10.
