It’s time to let out everything you’ve been bottling up with Wolf Culture’s heavy-hitting new track. We premiered “Ultimatum” featuring Kellin Quinn as a First Listen on idobi Radio earlier this week and now we’re bringing it to you as an idobi.com Presents to get you twice as obsessed.

“‘Ultimatum’ is about how far a person will go for someone they love even when it is not reciprocated in the slightest,” the band says. The track cuts deep—the drums make your heart pound to their rhythm while the guitar riffs wrap their way around you. And the lyrics tell a story fueled by turbulent emotions. “From the onlookers outside a situation can seem so black and white but love can blind people and that’s what makes it so powerful.”

“It was an honour to have Kellin from SWS feature on a track that already means so much to me has, in my eyes, cemented this as our most powerful song to date.”

You’ll be able to feel that power reverberating throughout the track, making you want to scream out the lyrics and lose control. Every emotion feels real because the inspiration behind “Ultimatum” is drawn from a place of brutal honesty. “There are three characters: the person who loves the most, the person who loses a loved one and the person who never learned to love. It’s not entirely fiction.”

Bringing on Sleeping With Sirens’ Kellin Quinn adds an extra layer of intensity to the song—his impassioned vocals play off Wolf Culture frontman Max Dervan’s lyrical storytelling. “It was an honour to have Kellin from SWS feature on a track that already means so much to me has, in my eyes, cemented this as our most powerful song to date,” Wolf Culture says. You won’t be able to resist getting swept up in the urgency of “Ultimatum”—all you gotta do is hit play and let the song’s storm rage.

Fun Fact About Recording “Ultimatum”:

“We got to see a man decimate approximately 50 cans of Irn-Bru soda in our 7 day stay recording at The Ranch (our producer Neil Kennedy).”
