Blankets off, headphones on,

it’s time to Rise Rock n’ Shine…

Who: Back Garden Light’s self titled album dropped in February, giving the Bordeaux, France band a great kick off to the year. After forming in 2014, they infused pop punk bops with metalcore bangers for a sound all their own.

What: Their latest single “Hitting The Road” is a song with more caffeine than your morning cup of joe.

Why: “Hitting The Road” is a showstopper—there’s just no other way to put it. From the second you push play it captures your attention and hey, your toes are already tapping aren’t they? Don’t be afraid to break out your best air guitar skills when the chorus breaks in, and yes, you should absolutely be singing along at the top of your lungs. This isn’t a song to listen to quietly, it’s a song to get on your feet and perform to—just, uh, make sure you don’t knock your computer off your desk.

Who: Could we be anymore hyped for CHASER’s new album? The SoCal punks’ fifth full length Dreamers drops on April 9th and if the singles are any indication, we’re in for a lot of rockin’ and rollin’.

What: Title track, anybody? “Dreamers” is our latest taste of the collection.

Why: If you’re looking for pop punk you can feel in your bones, this is it, fam. Made specifically for all your skateboarding adventures, “Dreamers” might just be the quintessential song of the scene. This is the kind of tune that draws you across the parking lot at Warped Tour, because you gotta know who made that masterpiece. Melody is aplenty as the guitarists absolutely shred their way through the song. By the time the dual vocals kick in, you’ll wanna start a mini-pit in your living room… so just make sure all the breakables are out of the way.
