The Gunz Show – Interview with Kevin Lyman

I had the opportunity to speak with one of the hardest working people in the industry, the creator and founder of the Vans Warped Tour, Kevin Lyman.   He’s been working on the Vans Warped Tour for 19 years and it’s still one of the biggest multi-date festivals each and every summer. This is a great, in-depth interview with Kevin about what keeps him going, how he picks the bands that play Warped, and how he has managed to continue to put on a music festival even though what is considered ‘popular music’ has changed so much over time. He also hints at what to expect at this year’s Vans Warped Tour as well as the RockStar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.
