The lyric everyone
will be singing:

“Love is violent,
that’s why they call it blindness
– In silence.”

Prepare to be hooked on a track so hypnotic it’ll snatch out your heart from the very first play. Siiickbrain’s latest might be called “Silence” but it’s an explosion of dark & dangerous sounds that demand to be heard. And you can. Hear “Silence” all day on its idobi Howl premiere—plus catch the video below!

“Silence is a song about being blinded by love and not seeing a situation for how toxic it is,” Siiickbrain says. The track starts off quiet but cutting, chanting a mantra about a twisted kind of love that steals your voice and leaves you silently suffering. When the distorted bass kicks in, “Silence” ramps up to give you chills but make you want to thrash. You’ll be powerless to resist the heavy energy, mirroring the song’s theme.

“Silence is a song about being blinded by love and not seeing a situation for how toxic it is.”

“I’ve noticed that regardless of how poisonous a situation is, I’m afraid of acknowledging it in fear of being alone,” she continues. The song is a turbulent mix of feelings that are dying to get out—and when the vocals get rough, you’ll lose yourself completely in the sound.

And that’s when you’re ready for the visuals. Siiickbrain creates the aura of a psychological thriller with a payback twist that enthralls because you know it won’t end well. “The video plays on the idea that when you’re quite literally drowning in emotions, it can distort how you see things,” she says. The palette of dark reds and deep black set the mood while the submersive pull of dark water perfectly captures the murky consequences of toxic relationships and revenge. “This is the first video I’ve done where I’ve really leaned into having it be more creative style wise and visually having it seem almost dream like.”

More than a dream, “Silence” is a dark fantasy—one so vivid you’ll be convinced it’s real. Don’t wait anymore. Dive in below—and be sure to catch “Silence” taking over the idobi Howl airwaves…
